Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@rillandrowan.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns should be sent to:

UK. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Method and Costs

Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery or returned without tags and original packaging. Gift cards, where offered, are non-returnable.

If a specific item is marked as non-returnable because of hygiene, personalization or legal restrictions, this will be stated on the product page or during checkout.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item or size is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
